Before you roll

Pick the industry so the questions come out in their language, then work down the checklist. Everything below re-writes itself when you change the selector.

The number that matters is the second clock. Not how long the session runs — how many minutes of their voice alone survive the edit. Floor is 35. Target is 45. Hit space or the green button every time they start and stop talking and the clock does the counting for you, block by block.

Now the hard part — for you. No "mm-hmm." No laughing along. No "right, right." Every affirmation you make lands on top of their voice and costs you a usable sentence. Nod. Smile. Make eye contact. Stay silent. If you have to react, react after they've clearly stopped.

Live tally of banked minutes per block. Anything short is worth going back for while they're still in the chair.
