⏰ Phone timer
This page can't ring while your phone is locked. Your phone's own timer can. Turn this on and every time you tap Start, your phone's timer starts too.
One-time setup (about a minute)
You make one shortcut, not one per drill. This page tells it how long each drill is: 4 minutes, a 2-minute water break, 20 for the scrimmage.
- Open the Shortcuts app. It comes with every iPhone; swipe down on your home screen and search "Shortcuts" if you can't find it.
- Tap + in the top right to make a new shortcut.
- Search for Start Timer and tap it to add it.
- In the action, tap the number and choose Shortcut Input.
- Tap the unit next to it and change it to seconds.
- Tap the name at the top, choose Rename, and type exactly Soccer Timer. Tap Done.
- Come back here and tap Test it below. The first time, your iPhone asks to allow it. Tap Allow.
When it works, Shortcuts flashes for a second, your timer starts, and you land back on this page. Pausing here doesn't pause your phone's timer.
Nothing to set up. Tap Test it to make sure your Clock app opens with a timer running. Pausing here doesn't pause your phone's timer.
The screen stays awake while a timer runs. If you lock the phone, the clock keeps counting, and the horn sounds as soon as you open the page again. Turn the volume up. Your plan and checkmarks are saved on this phone. Made by Owen Conflenti.
